Hofmann Industrial North America located in Cambridge, Ontario serves as the engineering, manufacturing and sales headquarters for Canada, USA and Mexico markets.

Hofmann Industrial, formerly SKF and Carolina Gear, began operations in August of 2020. Since acquiring the business, significant investments have been made in precision, efficiency and capabilities with the addition of five axis machining centers, coordinate measuring machines, superfinishing capabilities and Canada’s largest carburizing and tempering ovens.

The Hofmann Industrial North America team primarily serves the stationary and mobile mining markets, mineral processing, primary metals and heavy conveyance industries. Our customers range from top name OEM’s to End Users seeking better solutions.

The facility is 4500 m2 of factory space with crane capacities of 30t and 5m under the hook.
